Its basically a restuarant with bar. We played outside in front of the beach to people eating and drinking. The sound seemed too soft I wish it was a bit louder but the restuarant would've definitely complained. I just wasn't feeling it and either was Erica. I don't think I would want to play there again. The audience was not our audience at all, comprised mostly of late 30's early 40 somethings...there was a dog there even haha.
anyway <a went pretty well. there were probably about 25-30 people there. erica got ALOT of guy attention after the set. she had a couple guys ask her out and a couple others just flirting with her. i got no girl love as i never do after a show - when do the groupies start? we ended playing 13 of the 14 songs. the only song we didnt play was "before we get to race"

our next show is type='text'>Acoustic or Electric...

hello children,

things in the predicates camp have been very crazy lately - dave quit the band to go back to rhode island, erica's dad passed away, i got hired at my day job, the dogs keep barking even after i try and reprimand them...erica's been in vermont since sunday april 24 and dave moved back april 25 so i've been alone at home and thinking alot. i've been contemplating suicide alot lately haha j/k about the suicide - i've been trying to decide if i want to go back acoustic or try electric. even if dave had stayed in the band i really wanted to record an acoustic ep and i still think thats the direction i want us to go in next. the electric rock thing hides our vocals alot and i feel like thats our strongest point along with our quirky songs/lyrics. so come may we will officially release our album "let me carry your books" and then i'll finish and pick 4-6 songs to record at a local studio for an acoustic album. i want to try and get the acoustic album recorded and released by the end of 2005.

keep the peace at work and release the drama into the atmosphere...

gregory shane o'connell
<img width='1' height='1' screaming, and sing-alongs that it really made the show alot more exiciting and fun for us to play. thank you hr girls =)

as for the show we played a bit sloppy but we totally kept the energy going. the sound guy was awesome...probably the best sound guy we've had at a show. he recorded the show for us on dvd and cd. the cd sound came out awesome. i will be posting some of the songs from that night so you guys can download'em and play them in all their rock n roll glory.

keep in touch and come to our next show for sure...

we closed the night for the show. the two bands that played before us were totally different than us. the first band was a cover band that covered alot of hard rock (i.e. alice in chains, godsmack) and the other sounded like creed and puddle of mudd. then you have our band go on who must sound like kelly clarkson on a frying pan...it was a badly booked show. onto the good stuff, we played our regular set. we had about 13 people show up for us which is pretty good for us since we don't really have fans per say. they cheered and roared after each and ever song we played. the show was pretty tame and normal. the only problem we kinda had was erica getting her bass to stay in tune - which is a first on stage.
we sold 3 cd's.

other than the show we are all alive and well. i gotta bring herbie my dog to the vet today for his checkup so lets hope it isnt too expensive...

lovegregg<div the only one with a real job. erica and i have some interviews coming up. we really can't get the music going until we all have jobs and get the rest of our musical equipment shipped out to us. the weather has been kinda sucky - raining and pretty cold. it's been like high 30's/low 40's in the morning/evening and then mid 50's/low 60's in the afternoon. i heard it's been their coldest winter in 40 years. i guess our cold hearts brought the cold into southern california. before i forget for anyone that hasn't seen our photos from our cross country journey here is a link to them:music video for taco bell that our friend tom markland made, it's quite funny and animated... <span style="font-weight: 700; type='text'>We've.Arrived.We.Think.

greetings,

we've arrived in san diego. its very different and its kinda the same. the palm trees, lack of cross walks, warm weather year round, the bad drivers, pretty guys and girls, vagabond inn, and the many awesome fast food spots are the main differences. we left on monday november 15 and arrived on saturday november 20. we traveled through: massachusetts, rhode island, connecticut, new york, pennsylvania, ohio, indiana, illinois, missouri, kansas, oklahoma, texas, new mexico, arizona and california! the midwest was very boring and flat and filled with fast food places and motels. the southwest was the prettiest by far, it had mountains, deserts and nice weather.
right now my thoughts on california are that i can't see myself living here for years on end. i actually kinda miss the cold winter nights, the change of the leaves in autumn, the spring time headaches from the pollen. the one thing i dont miss is the humid summers, those get old real fast.

we got an apartment on monday, november 22, so we didn't have to stay at the vagabond inn for very long which was nice. our next agenda in san diego is to find jobs. erica and i have been applying at restaurants to be waiters and sending our resumes to temp agencies. dave has a job lined up making rims for cars so if you want to pimp your car out with xzibit call dave for the rims. the moment we all have jobs will be the moment we are injected into the daily grind of the san diego lifestyle. right now we have been mostly just interacting with one another and thats all. our neighbors james and the guy and gal behind us who i cant remember their names are all very nice and helpful.

thats all for now. we will be releasing our new album soon and we'll be playing shows in early 2005 in california.

from the sunny palm tree'd 7% sales tax state i bid you adieu,
gregg

Mixed.Finished.&.Moving

hola,

we finished our still untitled 2nd album. We finished recording about 1.5 weeks ago. Dave mixed it and I mastered it. It sounds sugary sweet and raw all at the same time. It's a real rock album for us - a big difference from the all acoustic "Dissin' Treez" album.
the album has 11 songs and totals about 33 mins in length. we'll be releasing it sometime in December 2004/January 2005. The holdup is we are going to get it pressed. we probably will put a track or two on the website for a free download for a limited time in december.

our last show at the blackstone was a pretty good show. we had a wonderful turnout of about 25 family and friends. we didn't play all to well - my guitar kept going out of tune after every song, the sound lady didn't know what she was doing so the mix was really bad and overall we played kinda sloppy b/c we hadn't practiced much over the past 2 months so i'd give the show.about a C grade overall. if you ever need your show graded just ask me and i'll grade it for you.

dave, erica and I are leaving for sunny san diego this monday november 15.
i'll definitely be pretty sad about leaving all my family and friends behind, but i will be happy about leaving my job, no winters and a new geographical area to conquer.

we want to thank you all for supporting us in RI and MA - it's been wonderful playing here and we've had a great time. the next time we are back here playing hopefully we will have a recording contract, bigger fan base and some hot guy groupies...=P

until we are semi-big - hasta lluego,
gregg

Almost.There.

Hey Chicklets,

We have some good news; our new new still untitled album is complete and being mixed as we speak! We finished the last of the vocals this past weekend. We also decided to take one of the tracks off the album and that being "Zdenek Janda" We didn't feel like it was up to snuff with the rest of the record. We may re-record in the future as an acoustic sing-a-long.

Our last scheduled gig is this Thursday and we are hoping for a good turn out. Dave, Erica and I each have a few friends coming and my mom is supposed to be going to. I'll definitely be pretty nervous about my mom being there, I sure hope I have enough guts to say all my witty gay sex jokes and crotch grabbing antics.

Our website is now on the new server and you can email anyone in the band directly:
Dave@thepredicates.com
Erica@thepredicates.com
Gregg@thepredicates.com

Album Must Buy:
Future Soundtrack For America - has a ton of a great indie pop rock bands I love: death cab for cutie, nada surf, jimmy eat world, fountains of wayne & more!

later phucker,
gregg

Phil Collins Bless Us All

As we go to press;
The Boston Red Sox are two wins away from a World Series victory.
The Predicates are two tracks away from completing their debut LP.

Nobody breathe.

The Predicates vs. Boston Red Sox

short & sweet,

good day! Our ongoing battle with the Boston Red Sox continues as they won last night to continue onto the world series. After the game I got an email from the owner of The Blackstone and she told me she had to cancel our gig b/c they are going to be showing the games in the bar instead 0f having bands play. The good news to the story is she rescheduled us for Thursday November 4.

Dave and I watched the game over my friend Rob "Broad Shoulders" Stone's apartment. It seems the more I go there the more his girlfriend falls in love with me. =P
Rob was such a gracious host - feeding us ziti, meatballs, sausage and garlic bread...

Check out this website http://ecard.veepers.com
and you can make your own animated card with any photo on your computer. We were pretty bummed out when we found b/c we had never played at The Attic and we were looking forward to it since we had been waiting to play there for over a year. Our time came to play and they cancel on us and it doesn't look like we can reschedule since we are moving.
Our last show at The Blackstone in Cumberland, RI seems to be our last show in New England.

Random notes:
We are planning to leave for California November 15.
We are moving our website to a new server.
My last day of work is November 12.
Erica still hasn't told her job she is leaving.
Dave still doesn't have a job.
The new album is about 75% down with basically only some bass parts and some vocals left to do.
Our new album will be for sale on the internet by the end of this year early next year.
I'm not gay...=)

Websites to go visit:
CraigsList.org - a free classifieds website for everything
FatWallet.com - has awesome deals for everything on the internet.

sleeping girl is candy in hands,
gso

Politically.Speaking.

Yo My People - Word Up!

I'll make this quick...
If you haven't registered to vote please do so online at
www.RockTheVote.com b/c time is running for you if you haven't already.

Let's get Bush the F' out and Vote Kerry in!!!
We don't need this moron to ruin our country anymore than he has. We are saving our money and making the plans more finalized for San Diego. Dave now has his iPod, and has so elegantly named it "Dave's iPod"
If anyone would like to buy Erica or I an iPod please feel free - no gift or donation is too small =P

We are really moving along in the recording process. Almost all of the music is done except for a couple tracks and even those are more than half done. We need to lay down vocals. We are definitely on track to finish the album before we leave. We decided to add a 12th track to the album. The song is called "Once Again" and it'll be the only acoustic track on the album but it is a much needed. Dave has been laying down keyboards on the album and lead guitar parts - so far so good =) . Erica has been recording the bass part and she is also doing well with that. I've broken 2 strings during the recording process and thats my contribution to the album!

We added one more show to our schedule and it will definitely be our last show before we move. It's another show at The Blackstone in Cumberland, RI. Amy (she is our #1 RI fan) we expect to see you there!!! haha
Definitely try and come to our show at the Attic though before the RI show. We are playing with a bunch of acoustic bands and the guy that booked us thinks we are acoustic still, little does he know we are the loudest band in Blackstone, MA!!!

Oh yes before I forget we never added the audio from the last show b/c it didn't record the sound very clear....If Tom's recording of it came out well that I will add a few tracks but I have to wait for him to give me the DVD of it...

Album Recommendations:

Kings Of Convenience - Riot On An Empty Street - It's got cool dance music & singer/songwriter acoustic stuff...Very smart album!

Look out for the Nirvana Box Set - It comes out the end of this year I believe and features unreleased stuff, solo Kurt Cobain home recordings and a DVD!!!

Performing Recommendations:
haha
Never wear shorts on stage!
Never talk about sports or root for the home baseball team on stage!

sensationally yours,
gso

The.Blackstone.Meets.The.Predicates

This'll be a quickie - you guys love quickies!!!

Thanks to everyone that went to our show last night at The Blackstone. It seems everytime we play there Dave's friend Amy is there. She is our most loyal supporter at The Blackstone - she rawks and she has a cool new hair color too...Tom and Rachel thanks for coming and video taping - Gregg crosses his fingers and hopes Tom gets the job he went on an interview today. Dave's parents who also videotaped our show.

I should have the audio from the show on the website so you guys/gals can download it and listen to it at your leisure. We may have one more show at The Blackstone the owner mentioned something to Erica along the lines of booking us one more time before we leave as a farewell show so stay tuned for that.

That's about it kiddies...make sure you support your local no kill animal shelters.
We will see you at our next show October 15 @ The Attic in Newton, MA.

gso

Moving to the west coast...California - home of the gold rush!

Dear Friends,

Erica, Dave & Gregg have decided to move out to San Diego for a new start, better weather and beaches! Even though I, Gregg O'Connell can't swim I still should enjoy the sun and water with my pastey white skin and rock flabby abs! Everyone in the band is pretty stoked (stoked means excited - it's California slang and skater slang) about moving out there and getting a fresh start.
No one in the band has anything serious for jobs and some people in the band don't even have jobs believe that?!?! We'll end up finishing our album out there and getting it pressed so please continue to visit our website and you will definitely be able to order our album thru cdbaby.com or digitally thru napster.com/itunes.com.

We have 2 more shows. One is this Thursday September 16 at The Blackstone in Cumberland, RI, and the other is Friday October 15 @ The Attic in Newton, MA. The Blackstone shows have gone very well attendance wise. The Attic show will be our last show in Massachusetts probably until we get semi-famous.

Thank you for everyone coming to our shows, buying our CD's and supporting us. We'd like to really thank Ted Anderson who was in a band with Joe Perry of Aerosmith in the 80's and was recently a security guard at The Radisson Hotel in Milford, MA. Ted used to watch me at open mic there and then Erica and I. He really liked our music and thought we had something going. He set us up with his friend Robert Holmes who was in the 80's New Wave Band 'Til Tuesday. We recorded our first EP "Dissin' Treez" at Robert's home studio. Robert was such a nice, artsy, funny guy. It was a great experience for Erica and I to record with him. He made us feel at ease, loose and made our first EP sound the way we wanted it to.

I surely will write here again before we leave...so here are some more recommendations!

Album Recommendation:
Phoenix - Alphabetical: Electropop at its dance best! This album is terrific. The songs are upbeat and fun. They make you want to dance like its 1975 all over again. One of the better albums in a couple months!

Book Recommendation:
The 5 People You Meet In Heaven - I bought this book for Erica for her birthday. She just finished reading and really enjoyed it!

All The Details Revealed

oh......nevermind.

vacation.isn't.over.

Dear Fellowship of The Predicates,

Dave and I have been recording guitar tracks for the new album. We have a great guitar sound going. Really crunchy clean, like Cap'n Crunch cereal (Sweet, Crunchy & wonderfully tasting)
We recorded like 5 guitar parts. This past Saturday when we were recording "Gay Boyfriend" we got to the very end of the track and as I hit the last chord what happens you ask? I break a string halting recording until Dave gets back in September. The way things are going with the guitar parts we should have all the music done for the album in September and Finish most if not all of the vocals in September as well. Which means there is a good chance we could get this album out by October. It'll probably work more into November since we want to mix it really good and we are going to press this album.

That's all for now my little darlings...below are some fun things to do, read, and listen to while we are away.

Recommendations:

websites:
www.shortnews.com - real news, but the weird stuff thats not on the frontpage.
www.itunes.com - the best way to buy music digitally, such a cool fun website with tons of exclusive content only available here.

music:
My Morning Jacket - It Still Moves: hippie rock n roll without the hippie garbage. It is busy for our personal lives though. Erica and I will be doing alot of booking for gigs for September, October, November this month. We are going to try to get gigs in Providence, CT, and NY & Chicago (via our friends in www.marizen.com)
Dave "Hasselhoff" Tuetken will be going to Germany and the rest of Europe for almost all of August. That means no practices, and no gigs. It'll be nice taking a bit of a break since we have been practicing every week and play gigs as a full band since February 2004.
Erica has been learning bass and at a quick rate at that. She has grown leaps and bounds as a bassist. She is scheduled to play gigs with us as a bassist in Fall/Winter 2004. The month of August for me means I am going to NYC with a friend for the first time in my life. I've never been to the "Big Apple" I am not a big fan of city life. The hussle and bussle of it all gets me stressed out. I am more of a surburbia boy.

Our show at Mel Divas turned pretty good. Our friend Steve Lamontagne opened the show for us. He and his friend who I can't remember her name played an excellent folky 30 minute set.
Steve wowed the girls in the audience with his Jimi Hendrix style guitar work and his Bob Dylan esque voice. His friend had a beautiful folk voice and also played guitar wonderfully.
Our drummer Dave who has never liked coffeehouse gigs wasn't too keen or excited on us playing at another coffeehouse, but after he played guitar with us during the gig he became a believer in the faith of coffee housing. He played his electric guitar and really played his little heart out that night. He really enjoyed our new set closing song "Once Again" He said the new song Erica and I wrote reminds him alot of Husker Du's early work. When we play the song live as a full band, Dave is going to jump off the drums and pick up his electric guitar and add soem noise filled feedback guitar sounds to it. Erica sang like an angel yet again that night. Erica has so much potential as a singer not only for rock music but also jazz. She's also a terrific songwriter, and even though I come up with the songs whatever she adds to it lyrics, harmonies, melodies and other ideas it always turns out being alot better than anything I would do completely on my own. We really complement each other well when we write songs. I can also see Dave joining in on the songwriting process more extensively in the future as well. Some of the guitar stuff he comes up with is incredible, but its also too hard for me to play hah. He is the best musician in the group and we are so happy he is the band.
Wow I sound like a big suck up haha...

Album Recommendations by The Predicates:

Dave Tuekten recommends:
Ryan Adams - Love is Hell: "Its a b-sides album but it is some of his best stuff"

Erica Putis recommends:
Toby Lightman - Little Things: "She sings awesome"

Gregg O'Connell recommends:
Her Space Holiday - The Young Machines: "Electropop with sweet easy going beats & scandalous lyrics"

The next time I write we should have a bunch of new gigs lined up and be ready to rawking!

Wishing you were here,
Gregg

P.S. I think it was our second best show and Dave thought it was our best. Dave and Erica & I got alot of compliments on our performances. Dave was hitting as hard as ever and you should have seen the fan blowing his groovy blonde hair everywhere. He looked like a young Dave (David) Hasselhoff. Erica sang beautifully and was owning the stage like a coherent Whitney Houston. The turnout was spectacular. We had a bunch of people I work with, some of my friends, Erica had a friend there and so did Dave.
Erica and I will be playing an acoustic show this coming Saturday in Franklin, MA @ Mel Diva’s. After that show we don't have any scheduled since Dave is going to Germany for the month of August.

Erica and I have been writing a couple new songs that'll probably be on the album after this one that we are recording. I let Dave listen to some of them and he is very optimistic about how they are turning out and he feels it’s some of the best stuff we have written. Not to be outdone by Dave "Hasselhoff" Tuetkens compliment he writes some of the most beautiful mind trancing indie rock music. His website www.hermanthegreat.com which for now points to The Predicates website will soon have his solo album there for purchase.

If you can make it to our acoustic show Saturday please feel free to go. It's free and we will be playing for like 1-hour 30-45 mins so it’s going to be a long show.

Album Recommendations by Gregory Shane O'Connell

Nada Surf - Let Go (Everybody in the band is enjoying this album - kind of a cross between Coldplay and Death Cab For Cutie

Finley Quaye - Much More Than Love (really good vocals, terrific single "Dice" and the album has a great mix of reggae, pop rock, and singer songwriter material...

Thanks for listening to my ramble.

Sleep well and easy until I write again,

gregg

The Best Player On The Team...

What up kids?

Hopefully all of you are good and healthy because the The Predicates are a busy bunch of people writing and recording!
First and foremost the new Predicates album is coming along very slowly. We have start recording over 3 times already due to Dave buying new recording equipment so that we can get the best possibly sound for our record. Dave polished off 7 songs on the drums last week and he will finish the rest tomorrow. After that we lay down the guitar parts, then bass then vocals.

We won't be playing any shows or recording in August due to the fact that Dave will be in Germany and the rest of Europe basically the whole month. In other related Dave news, Dave Tuetken AKA Herman The Great will be releasing a solo album. He has the whole thing written and recorded and just needs to lay down his vocal tracks. The sound is alot like a heavier Jimmy Eat World in my opinion. It sounding great and it will definitely be a great rock record! Also releasing a solo album to be bundled with Dave's solo album will be my solo album. The title of my album will be "The Best Player on the Team" and it will include anywhere between 5-8 and songs. I've got about 3 down so far and skeletons to the rest. My album will be acoustic, with some synth, drums, and drum machines.
Dave and I thought of releasing them together as double album kind of a joke but when we thought about it we thought it to be a good idea. So you will be able to get two albums for basically the price of one. We will be selling it on CDBaby.com and digitally thru itunes.com come this Fall 2004. Dave and I will not be playing any shows solo, we are just going to record our albums and send them to magazines for reviews and sell it online. Not to worry but The new Predicates record should be completed Fall 2004/Winter 2004.

Stay safe and in tune to The Predicates world around you!

Falling from grace,
Gregg

We are all in this together...We are all in this together

Merry new days of Summer,

First just a quick side note - Last week's Ben Lee show that I told you all to go to was very good. He is a terrific performer and interacts with crowd wonderfully. He played an acoustic with just himself and electric with his whole band. Ben mixed it up quite nicely! Go buy his new record "Hey You, Yes You" @ amazon.com

We played a show last night at the Lucky Dog in Worcester, MA. It was kind of an open mic thing for bands. The music genres ranged from acoustic hippie rock to rap.
The rappers were actually quite funny. They were from Manchester, NH and they acted like thugs. I can see if they were form NYC or even Boston or some big city but for crying out loud they are from Manchester, NH. They were singing about killing people and hooking up with chicks. I guess Manchester, NH is not the sleepy New England town we all thought it was.

The stage we played on looked like it was from the 80's hair metal scene. The whole venue was actually like that. The bathrooms had naked girls all over it. It is a very cheesy place and I doubt we will ever try and play their again. The drum kit Dave used was mad old and sounded like crap and the stack I was playing thru was garbage!

Overall it was a pretty bad night. I had a cold so I sounded like Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer form that claymation movie where they put the black stuff over his nose so it doesnt glow but it makes him sound all nasley when he talks, Dave was weak b/c he didn't eat all day, and Erica was Erica - 3 beers and 5 bathroom trips later she was ready to rawk!

Our next show is July 22 @ The Blackstone in Cumberland and I am supposed to be having a good amount of people I work with show up at the show.

Content and flamboyant,

Gregg

Starting over, birthdays and album names...

Greetings Predicatizens,

We are all well and healthy as ever as a band. We celebrated Erica's birthday this past Saturday. We went for dinner at Cassarino's in Providence and to Mohegan Sun Casino. It was a good time had by all, but we all lost $$$.
Even the non-social infamous by song title anyways Zdenek Janda and his wonderful wife went. Please feel free to wish Erica a happy birthday by emailing her at eputis@comcast.net

Dave and I started to re-record the album again. He finished 6 drums tracks and he has 5 more to do and then its onto the guitar and bass parts. Then vocals and then we are done...haha so give us about 2 years before its done.

We have been coming up with some album names for the new record and we are going to choose 5 and then we will have you guys vote for the one you like best and the album name that has the most votes will be our album name.
After the album is finished we are also going to get some tshirts and stickers made up so you the Predicatizens
can be the few, the proud, the predicatizens!

On a side note-The Predicates will be attending the Ben Lee show at TT The Bears in Cambridge, MA on Wednesday June 16.
You should attend it if you can. Ben Lee is a singer-songwriter form the land down under Australia and he used to date Claire Danes. He puts on a great show and he has terrific songs. They have a completely new stage and the sound equipment is now in all the right places so it sounds good and looks really good. We brought in 6 people which isn't too bad but the club kinda complained that it wasn't 10 - but what do they expect from a band as cute and pretty as us! hah
We played our usual set except we took out "Complacent" and replaced it with "Taco Bell" I really enjoyed the way Taco Bell sounded with drums in it. It gives our set a bit of a different sound...it's the curveball...
We got a really good response from a few people there including the band that played after us Chocolate Milk

As far as recording our new untitled album, we decided to start form scratch. The reason being is because the recording quality wasnt all that great b/c we werent using a compressor...so now Dave aka our drummer is going to buy a compressor this week or next and we will start re-recording our songs again. It's not too bad since we werent very far into the recording process...

We are trying to book some shows in Connecticut and New York City...hopefully we will setup shows in both places...more shows in Rhode Island, and maybe some north of Boston like in Salem.

After all that we've been thru I will make it up to you...I'm sorry tooo...haha a little Peter Cetera for all you freaks...I hope you and wish the best of the world for you and your loved ones...sleep easy knowing that I - Gregg O'Connell am probably at this very moment napping away!
done done done

peace 'n summertime
gso

more recording/super duper turnout for the blackstone!!!

Good Day,

Hope all is well with you fine people of the world.
Lets get to the good - Recording the other night went well. We recorded "Walking You Home" and we also recorded this jam/disco kinda song...Dave and I were just messing around and I got on this riff and he came in with this disco beat and we were jammin...oh shooooot..We aren't a Phish band but we were a jam band for a good 15 mins!

our show last night had a great turnout we had about 15 people come for us which for us is the biggest crowd we have played for as band...haha pretty bad, but it was cool! We have to give a special thanks to our most dedicated fans Tom & Rachel! Thanks for coming to almost all our shows you guys are getting so much good karma for it!!!
We the band played an ok show, we were a bit sloppy with the lyrics and music. I couldn't get my guitar in tune for the last song b/c my tuner went AWOL...so that was a bit of a downer for me and the rest of the band that we couldn't fully finish the set...but but but other than that we had a fun time playing and we are trying to continually improve onstage...ahhh that was cheesy I sound like that guy who does those self help tapes who was on that movie Shallow Hal

We don't have another gig for about a month so until then its alot of practice and recording.

Peaceout and make sure you buy tickets to the ben lee show on june 16 at tt the bears in cambridge, ma - he is a great singer/songwriter.

naturally yours,
gregg

the 2nd album recording session is well underway...

Yo Yo Yo!

We The Predicates (Gregg, Erica & Dave) have been recording for a couple months now...We have about 4 songs done so far with another 7 to do.

We decided to add one more song onto the albumby Dave's request. The song is an old song Erica and I wrote like 2 years ago, its called "We Talk In Code" We decided to record it after messing around with it in practice a couple weeks ago. Dave added drums to it and now its a rawking rawk song! We also now include it in our live set.

Our next show is tomorrow at The Blackstone in Cumberland, RI (The music capital of the world) and alot of people have said they will go, but we shall see how that goes...

I will post again at the end of this week and let you all know how the show went and how recording went this week.

love,
gregory shane
